Support for young people, parents, carers and professionals If the thought of revision and sitting exams has you feeling worried or anxious, you aren’t alone. The examination period can be really stressful. But there are things you can do before, during and after an exam to help manage these anxieties. Below, we’ve listed lots of helpful resources – whether you’re sitting an exam yourself, are a parent/carer of a child who is taking their exams, or work with young people. Just remember, the most important thing you can do if you feel like you’re overwhelmed or struggling is to reach out and talk to someone.
